The response rates are in for the U-M Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Climate Survey, and ISR staff had a better rate than the university overall.
The web-based survey was open to full and part-time regular staff from late March through early May. The questions were developed by the U-M Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in consultation with advisory committees of faculty, students, and staff. The survey will help us create a base level of statistics for measuring our climate as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The Response Rates
- ISR regular staff: 66 percent
- ISR contingent staff: 30 percent
- U-M overall: 46.5 percent
Surveys for faculty and students will be forthcoming. Results of the staff climate survey will be available in fall 2017.
